Libby is a dedicated wife and mother to three beautiful children - 25, 15, and 5 years old. Hailing from a family of entrepreneurs, in 2020 she co-founded WootRecruit a SaaS enabling businesses to overcome hiring bottlenecks for growth, Libby has helped more than 400 companies across 25 different industries around the world.

In 2022, Libby met Joel Northrup and Rick Wall from DeepLawn and together they created Service Cart - an essential e-commerce solution for the service industry. Service Cart saves companies and their customer’s time with a user-friendly suite of pricing, scheduling, and payment processing - all built on Deep Lawn’s established data services.

In addition to her work with WootRecruit and Service Cart, Libby is the proud owner of Organize It, a cleaning and professional organizing company. Launched in 2014, Organize It quickly identified the need for a dependable residential cleaning service. She added the cleaning division to Organize It in 2018. Leveraging her extensive experience in developing robust processes and systems, she is an expert at scaling businesses.
